Meet Our Team

Dan is the Chief Executive Officer at Clearscape, bringing over 28 years of leadership expertise, including a decade-long tenure as the General Manager at Birch Inc. His approach to leadership is centered on fostering a strong company culture, leading our team with a focus on excellent communication and service. Outside of work, Dan is a family man, married with three adult children, and enjoys car shows and motorsports racing.

Jarod’s career in the lawn and snow industry began in the late 1990s, leading him to spearhead Twin City Lawncare & Landscape for two decades before its merger with Clearscape in 2023. Known for his prowess in critical thinking and problem-solving. Outside of work, he is passionate about shotgun sports, grouse hunting, and enjoying time at his summer cabin with his wife and four children.

Justin joined Clearscape in 2022. He comes with 15 years experience in property maintenance and customer service. Justin is the Vice President of Operations for Clearscape where he looks after Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Irrigation, and Snow Removal. While not at work Justin enjoys hunting, spending time with his family, and working at his hobby farm.

Joey joined the team in 2021 as a landscape foreman with multiple years of experience. He worked as a foremen for just under a year before joining the Account Management team. Joey’s favorite part about working for Clearscape is meeting new people and hearing some of their amazing stories as well as learning about the new industry advancements ranging from microbial aeration to remote control tree removal machines. Joey is working towards getting a degree in arboriculture with the intentions of getting an arborist certification.

Ryan joined Clearscape in 2021. He previously worked on interior plant design for 5+ years. Ryan enjoys working in account management because he values relationships with people. He has a beautiful wife, Theresa, and two little girls named Leona and Ada that keep him busy outside of work. In his free time Ryan plays golf and enjoys cabin life with family and friends.

Tyler joined Clearscape in 2023. He previously worked in construction, landscaping, and lawn care for 6+ years. Tyler’s favorite part about working for Clearscape is building meaningful relationships with his customers. He also takes pride in seeing his landscaping ideas and come to life as completed projects for people to enjoy. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his spouse and his two German Shepards Roman and Mateo. Tyler is an avid sportsman who enjoys fishing, golfing, snowboarding, and playing pool. He also likes being active with friends and family.

Will joined Clearscape in 2024, bringing with him a rich background in building materials sales, with a focus on new construction homes and post-frame buildings. His hands-on experience as a crew leader and operations manager has honed his skills in managing both projects and people effectively. At Clearscape, Will’s favorite aspect of his role is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers and assist in turning their visions into reality. Outside of work, Will cherishes spending time with his wife Lauren and their dog, Pickles.

Hannah joined Clearscape in 2023, bringing with her a decade of valuable experience in administrative operations. Her professional journey includes a tenure as an HOA Property Manager, where she honed her skills in managing community needs with finesse. Known for her caring nature, friendly demeanor, and process-driven approach, Hannah excels in providing exceptional customer service, embodying the qualities we value highly at Clearscape. Beyond the office, she is a self-proclaimed foodie, always on the lookout for new dining experiences to share with family and friends. As well as her love for live music and enthusiasm for outdoor activities.

Kate joined Clearscape team in 2022. She has 8 years of experience in HR recruiting and has been very successful fulfilling organization staffing needs. Her favorite part of the job is helping people do their paperwork correctly. She has her Associate’s Degree in International Business from the University of Minnesota. Kate enjoys going outdoors with the family. She is also an amateur tattoo artist and enjoys working on her craft.

Jeff joined Clearscape in 2021 with 24 years of experience in the industry. He was worked across almost every aspect of outdoor services and is bi-lingual. Jeff is Smart Salt-certified, and holds SIMA’s Advanced Snow Manager accreditation. In his free time you can find Jeff enjoying time with his family, working on his yard, tinkering in the garage, tackling DIY projects, golfing less than he’d like, hunting, fishing, camping and all around just enjoying the outdoors.

Ken embarked on his journey with Clearscape in 2023, following the merger with Twin City Lawn and Landscape, bringing a remarkable 30 years of experience in townhome maintenance to our team. Ken’s expertise in the field is extensive. His dedication to improving turf health is evident in his pursuit of education in turf disease identification. Ken’s expertise in snow maintenance and the scheduling of winter events further enhances our capabilities. Outside of work, Ken indulges in his love for the outdoors, enjoying 4-wheeling across Minnesota’s trails, grouse hunting, and fishing, highlighting his dedication to embracing nature’s adventures.

Rafael (Antoni) came aboard the Clearscape team in 2014, armed with over a decade of experience, including his time as an irrigation technician at the North Oaks Golf Club. He has a passion for mentorship, enjoying both imparting his knowledge to colleagues and leading them toward success, as well as pursuing his own learning, particularly in the latest irrigation technologies. Pride in his craft extends to his personal life, where Antoni is dedicated to maintaining the best yard in his neighborhood and keeping his garage meticulously organized and a lover of the outdoors, he savors his fishing trips.

Ryan joined Clearscape as Landscape Director, bringing with him over two decades of industry experience, including owning his own landscaping company in North Dakota and serving as a Branch Manager for a large, reputable local company. His extensive background enriches his vision of enhancing collaboration between sales and landscape teams, ensuring excellence in project execution and management. Ryan’s passion for innovation, paralleled by his personal love for motorcycle riding, drives his commitment to lead our team to new heights by integrating practical execution with creative landscape design.

Damon brings over two decades of expertise to Clearscape, with a distinguished 15-year career in landscaping and a fervent passion for outdoor enhancement. Educated in Native Landscapes and Ecological Restoration at the University of Minnesota, and holding a Professional Drainage certification from NDS, Damon’s work is both aesthetically and environmentally conscious. Beyond his professional achievements, Damon is devoted to his family, adoring his wife Kirsten and daughter Sally Jean, and enjoys playing hockey and fishing in his free time. His blend of vast experience, commitment to quality, and love for the outdoors makes him a valuable and enthusiastic member of our team.
